Solar-Powered Scarlett: Actress Puts Hollywood Hills On Market

Scarlett Johansson is set to take a big hit on her Hollywood Hills manse — recently listed for $4.95 million. The actress and her husband Ryan Reynolds paid $7 million for it back in 2007. Ouch.

The 4,232-square-foot, 4 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom, Spanish-style house is rather conservative for the Hollywood scene. According to the listing, it includes a media room, gym or maids room with full bath, extensive basement areas, a lap pool and spa with a tranquil hillside view.

Johansson also recently added a “massive system upgrade including solar electric” — but what that offsets in terms of energy for a home this large is unknown.
