Wanna know how to change the world? Well, then you gotta hit the classroom and do your homework!
Environmental justice advocate and recent White House Environmental Adviser Van Jones is leaving Captiol Hill and heading back to school!
Jones, who has been consulting for companies and nonprofits on environmental issues since leaving the White House, is set to begin teaching at Princeton University this June and will also rejoin the Center for American Progress.
While at Princeton, Jones will teach a seminar on environmental and economic policy and continue to raise awareness for green issues.
Chair of the Center for African American Studies Eddie Glaude Jr. is excited to welcome Jones and believes him to be “the leading voice in the environmental justice movement.” Not a bad title!
