Worried you’re going to die before the world discovers your mad-crazy vegan donut making skills? Well, relax — your fame is just around the corner.

For the past year, Compassion Over Killing (COK) has been trying to convince Dunkin’ Donuts’ to chill out with all the dairy and eggs in their products. The truth is there are plenty of less cruel, more sustainable ways to make delicious donuts without animal products…and COK is about to prove it.

The organization is launching the “Create Dunkin’s “Vegan” Donut!” contest — a chance to create the perfect vegan donut by choosing from a variety of different doughs, fillings and toppings. A panel of judges, including yours truly, will decide on the winning creation, which will then be made by the very talented Danielle Konya of Vegan Treats.

SOOOO, would you like to become famous for your vegan donut skills? If you checked yes, visit DunkinCruelty.com and get ready to rock!
