I could tell you why I’m forever on Team Heather, but instead, you need only watch the video below!

Heather Mills recently spoke with Extra and shared some tips on educating children and families about a vegan diet.

You might remember last year Mills opened VBites —  a UK-based restaurant that prides itself on providing “top quality vegan family favorites.” Yum!

In the video, Heather recounts her experience feeding a group of 1500 hungry children and working with the New York Coalition for Healthy School Food —  a statewide nonprofit that works to improve the health and well-being of New York’s students by advocating for healthy plant-based foods.

Check out the video below and tell us what you think about Heather’s activism strategy? Also, let us know if you’ve been to VBites — we want to hear all about the food!
