Animal-lover Neil Patrick Harris is narrating a new, inspiring documentary on PBS that focuses on the bond between service dogs and the people they help.

Titled Through A Dog’s Eyes – and based on the same book by author Jennifer Arnold — the film follows a handful of people as they “journey through the heartwarming and often challenging process of receiving their service dogs.” Harris, who owns two dogs, told the Associated Press that he was moved by the strong emotional connection between the service animals and those who rely on them.
