In a video for Diet.com, Celebrity Natural Food Chef Bethenny Frankel shows how easy it is to make her Brown Rice Breakfast recipe. The dish, which only takes about 2 minutes to prepare, was a hit on the set of The Real Housewives of New York City and Martha Stewart’s Apprentice.
“Everybody on the Apprentice was obsessed with it,” says Frankel.
To make the Brown Rice Breakfast combine ½ cup brown rice, 1 tbsp sliced almonds, 1 tbsp raisins, ¼ cup soy milk, 1 tbsp maple syrup, dash of vanilla extract, sprinkle of cinnamon. Heat the mixture on the stovetop or in the microwave.
