Bollywood actress Sherlyn Chopra, known in animal rights circles for her Whips & Chains PETA ad, will be dropping the links and shedding her clothes to appear on the cover of Playboy magazine.

“I have never posed nude therefore I was a bit apprehensive about the offer. But I got a photographer friend to do a few test clicks and I loved the results,” said the 26 year old actress. Chopra also explained that, thanks to regular sessions of hot yoga, her body is very flexible adding, “I can do positions which the magazine would love.”

Last year Chopra was moved to tears after learning about physical abuse endured by animals used for entertainment and as a result she starred in a PETA India’s anti-circus ad.

“When I pose in chains, it’s news,” said Chopra. “When circus animals live their lives in chains, it’s business as usual. Only a sadist could take pleasure from watching while an animal is forced to engage in an unnatural act all in the name of ‘entertainment’.”

Chopra originally expressed a desire to appear on the cover of Playboy in 2007 adding that she wanted to make India proud.

Lest we be confused that their giant V logo stands for anything other than Veld.

Trading beef for beans is not a solution, veganism is

Please do substitute beef for beans, but also have tofu instead of turkey, carrots instead of chicken, and I think you see where I’m going.

Guys, extortion isn’t an effective form of vegan advocacy

Assuming we can extort people into respecting the lives of others makes no sense.
