After debuting the first ever gown from the new couture label Gucci Première, Salma Hayek donated her dress to the Penélope Cruz/Chopard Auction to help raise money for the Jenkins-Penn Haitian Relief Organization.

The sweeping deep red gown, which was worn by Hayek during the Robin Hood inaugural screening in Cannes, was auctioned off with the original design sketch and fetched 17,000 euros ($21,000).

Penelope Cruz’s designer dress auction at the Cannes Film Festival helped raise $333,000 for the earthquake stricken nation of Haiti with dress donations coming from a star studded ensemble including Scarlett Johansson, Gwyneth Paltrow, Julia Roberts, Gisele Bundchen, and Charlize Theron.
