“With [environmentalists'] nonsensical efforts to lock up safer drilling areas, all you’re doing is outsourcing energy development, which makes us more controlled by foreign countries, less safe, and less prosperous on a dirtier planet. Your hypocrisy is showing. You’re not preventing environmental hazards; you’re outsourcing them and making drilling more dangerous.

Extreme deep water drilling is not the preferred choice to meet our country’s energy needs, but your protests and lawsuits and lies about onshore and shallow water drilling have locked up safer areas. It’s catching up with you. The tragic, unprecedented deep water Gulf oil spill proves it.”

- Sarah Palin (AKA ‘The Wicked Witch of the North’) is blaming “extreme environmentalists” for the Gulf Coast oil spill in a note on her Facebook page. I mean, there really isn’t much to say here; Sarah’s basically Mother Earth’s worst nightmare. Here’s to hoping Sarah remains out of government.

  • Whoever…

She must be one of the stupidest people on this planet!!

Now this is one extreme stupid ‘person’… :)

Someone should drill her brain and put her out of her misery!

Self serving, that’s all. No nurturing “mother nature” complex with that one!

I think its funny how she still wants to drill in Alaska and off the coast. I think she also needs to make her fence taller then 15 feet, or another liberal reporter might move in on the “family swimming hole” AKA giant lake! I hope she runs for president, that way we will get some great new SNL scenes! Her and those other multi million dollar hockey moms are soooo inspirational. Republicans really dont get the concept that oil is not a renewable recource. Really I’m not making that up. Its not renewable. Like really. Its not.

We really need to be investing in green energy, creating green energy jobs. We need to be cutting down on domestic oil production not expanding it. Pressure needs to be placed on people by increasing oil prices in order to speed up the production of green energy. People need to look at the big picture, where we will be 50 years from now.
