The actor behind the hilarious campaign that champions all that’s “manly” in this world has embarked on a vegan diet.

“Can u cook Vegan,” Isaiah Mustafa tweeted last week, “On a diet…frustrating.”

Fear not Old Spice Man, there are plenty of delicious recipes for embracing a vegan diet without the frustration. Not surprisingly, even PETA tweeted its support for your cleanse:

“Dear @OldSpice guy, ur #vegan & like 2 get nekked— sounds like a PETA man 2 us! 1 more vid b4 u go 4 ur animal-loving fans?”

There you go, ladies. Not only is he the man you wish your man could smell like — but he’s also a friend to the environment and nature. Swoon away.
