Today I have a big news, huge news, colossal, HUMMER-sized news!!

In my effort to be the Rupert Murdoch of social-conscious media, this morning I launched Live a Damn Radio — a brand new weekly radio program that spotlights the many world-changers who are raising the bar on social consciousness and taking meaningful action to create change.

Whether showcasing altruistic celebrities, everyday heroes or hardworking organizations, Live a Damn is all about giving some love to those who are going above and beyond to make the world a better place. By discussing human, environmental and animal rights together, in one place, the goal is simple: inspire and empower, celebrate and create, and ultimately build new bridges to connect how one feels to how one acts.

My first episode features some incredible guests, including Mark Dixon and Ben Evans from Your Environmental Roadtrip, our first Live a Damn Citizen Rockstar Gina Angiola, and from America’s Next Top Model, fashion photographer, filmmaker and author Nigel Barker.

Oh yeah, and each show features a Live a Damn celebrity segment brought to you by Ecorazzi. Come on, you think I’d launch a new show and not give our precious site some love? Get out of town!

You can check out the show below, or stop by LiveADamn.com to listen and find out more. And remember, it’s good to give a damn, but it’s better to Live a Damn!

“Veggie-Vegan”: Moving Backwards

To say that one is a “veggie-vegan” is to make the nonsensical claim that one is a non-vegan-vegan.
