When we first broke the story that Chelsea Clinton was hosting a very vegan wedding, we mentioned she was looking for a plant-based, gluten-free cake. Jokingly, I said, “Can anyone say Babycakes?” Well, it looks like I might have actually hit the nail on the head.
According to AisleDash.com, Babycakes — the popular gluten-free vegan bakery — won’t deny or confirm their participation in the wedding, but it looks like they’re the frontrunner. In second place is Lulu’s Cake Boutique in Scarsdale, NY — a favorite amongst the Clintons.
Although nobody seems to be confirming anything, we put 500 imaginary dollars on Babycakes. I mean have you had their desserts? Totally delicious!
