While you might at first think that this house is nothing but a bit of photoshop trickery, it really does exist on a hillside in Portugal. What a perfect example of leveraging one’s natural surroundings to make a home — though I imagine the “stuck between a rock and a hard place” jokes must get old.

    thats just an awsome and inspiring house. what a perfect example of blending in with the world you live in. You know, besides being just beautiful, i guess the maker also did it for practical reasons such as the giant boulders will keep the house cool at daytime and warm at night time. No aircon needed, file under green architecture !!
