Wanna get rid of those migraines? Take a break from the arthritis? Just say no to diabetes? The Howard Stern Show co-host Robin Quivers says the solution is simple: eat healthier foods.

In a recent article on The Huffington Post, Quivers writes: “I’m nutty for nutrition. I’ve become one of those people who can’t stop talking about the connection between food and health. Like a lot of people, I used to think I was incapable of doing anything about the way I felt everyday. Now that I know how much changing what you eat can transform your life, I can’t stop proselytizing.”

Quivers, who recently underwent a total health makeover and dropped some major poundage, is raising awareness for her cause by working with organizations like the Sylvia Center and Family Food Productions. What’s more, she’s running her first marathon on Nov 7th in New York.

Please do substitute beef for beans, but also have tofu instead of turkey, carrots instead of chicken, and I think you see where I’m going.

Assuming we can extort people into respecting the lives of others makes no sense.
