In just a few short days, New Yorkers will have yet another restaurant from where they can snag delicious, plant-based and planet-healthy food on the go!

Blossom Du Jour — a new chain of vegan cafes — is set to open their first location in Chelsea on Thursday, October 21.

Founded by Blossom and Cocoa V owner Pamela Elizabeth, the restaurant will feature both raw and comfort food vegan dishes, including everyday staples like fresh-pressed juices, wraps, salads, and soft-serve ice cream. One item that looks particularly delicious is the The Midtown Melt, which has rosemary crumbed seitan, v-cheddar, garlic butter, lettuce, onion and tomato. Drool central!

Geared towards serving both delicious food and delicious activism, the vegan joint will offer outreach materials and display televisions with scenes of rescued animals from Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary.
