In a little over two months, Arnold Schwarzenegger will no longer be the Governor of California — and suddenly, he’ll be back on the job market.

Hollywood insiders and political analysts see nothing but opportunity for the 63-year-old; with veteran Hollywood publicist Howard Bragman telling Reuters, “People still love Arnold. He can choose whatever he wants. He’s got nothing left to prove, all the money in the world and the world of choices available to him.”

We do know from personal tweets that Arnold is planning on giving speeches, writing a book or two, and continuing his fight for the environment. But what about movies? “It depends … if someone comes with a great script, with a great idea. Will I still have the patience to sit on the set and do a movie for three months or for six months, all of those things? I don’t know,” he said.

What is interesting is his latest tweet announcing a new project with James Cameron, who just announced his own commitment to the Avatar franchise this morning. It’s apparent that the two are working on something — but unless it’s some kind of role in the sequels to the alien blockbuster, we’re thinking this one is green related.

Best bet? Cameron cryptically told news sources today that Twentieth Century Fox has made a donation to his “environmental green fund”. I’m fairly sure that Cameron doesn’t have one — but this project with Arnold may coincide with some kind of announcement that one is in development. Could the former Governor be the man that Cameron wants to lead the organization?

Stay tune — Arnold says we’ll find out sometime today.
