Recently on The Tonight Show, Jackson revealed to Jay Leno that she “doesn’t eat meat” and regularly teeters between a vegan and pescatarian diet.
“When I was a kid I was a vegetarian,” says Janet. “I’ve bounced back and forth; I was vegan at one point. My trainer was afraid that I wasn’t getting enough protein, so I started eating fish…so pescatarian. I bounce back and forth.”
Again with the protein thing?! Somebody needs to get Janet’s trainer in touch with The Biggest Loser’s Bob Harper. Not only is Harper in super good shape, but he maintains it all on a strict vegan diet.
