We love when celebrities adopt planet-healthy diets, especially when it’s a cool cat like Robin Quivers.

Quiver is the co-host of The Howard Stern and, until a few years ago, was so unhealthy that she was barely able to walk even a few blocks.

In an interview with PEOPLE magazine, Robin reveals that switching to a vegan diet completely changed her life and helped her lose 80 pounds.

“My life totally changed, and now I have this amazing amount of energy,” Quivers told PEOPLE. “Changing my body has given me the ability to do all these amazing things that I never in a million years imagined I could do.”

And you better believe Robin’s accomplished a lot! After completing the New York City Marathon this weekend, she’s already planning for the next one.

“The positive thing is that I now know what I need to do to get my body in better shape and keep it up for the next one.”
