Dame Judi Dench Elected Vice President Of Fauna & Flora International

British actress Dame Judi Dench has become the latest honorary Vice President of the UK conservation organization Fauna & Flora International. The 75-year-old joins other notable VPs of the org like Sir David Attenborough, Stephen Fry, Dr Charlotte Uhlenbroek, and The Lord Browne of Madingley.

“I am so pleased to join Stephen Fry and Sir David Attenborough as a Vice President of Fauna & Flora International,” said Dame Judi. “I look forward to supporting their important conservation work in 40 countries around the world. The natural world is being put under increasing pressure and we all need to do what we can to protect it.”

Dench’s term in the position will run for five years.
