“Harry Potter” star Emma Watson is continuing to build up her fashion resume — most notably with a new eco-friendly collaboration with Alberta Ferretti.

The 20-year-old actress made waves this year with her organic, fair trade collection with People Tree — and Ferretti instantly took notice. “She wrote to me and said, ‘I saw what you did with People Tree and I think it’s a great idea and will you do something with me?’’ Emma told US Weekly.

The collection, expected to launch next year, has not received a name — but will reportedly be eco-chic with a “classic, ’60’s Jane Birkin” vibe. “I will put it out there that I will work for anyone for free if they are prepared to make their clothing fair-trade organic,” she added.

Something tells me Watson’s offer will be taken up by many in the future — an encouraging sign for those eager to see more green hit the catwalk going forward.
