One of our favorite vegan and eco stars, Bones actress Emily Deschanel, is about to add a directing credit to her resume.

Bones series creator Hart Hanson asked Deschanel to direct a wedding-themed Valentine’s Day episode of the hit Fox show after attending Deschanel’s real-life wedding in September. However, due to a few strategic scheduling issues, Emily’s debut has been postponed until later in the year.

“She very kindly consented to moving her directorial debut until later in the season,” said Hart to TVGuide.com. “When it comes to Bones, Emily puts the show first.  Which is why we love her.”

No word yet on when Deschanel’s actual episode will air, but we’ll make sure to announce it on Twitter the moment we find out.

Until then, check out Fox.com/Bones to stay up to date with all the latest Bones news.

Trading beef for beans is not a solution, veganism is

Please do substitute beef for beans, but also have tofu instead of turkey, carrots instead of chicken, and I think you see where I’m going.

Assuming we can extort people into respecting the lives of others makes no sense.
