Many moviegoers today think director James Cameron is godlike – and now they’ll have yet another reason to believe so!

The epic movie maestro is hard at work at what he calls ‘The Bible’ of Avatar.

According to Sam Worthington (Jake Sully in Avatar), “Once he’s detailed the world – more so than it’s already detailed in his big brain, anyway – then, he said he can write the script, and we can go explore the world.”

The script Worthington refers to is, of course, the first sequel to the 2009 blockbuster, which is due in theaters December 2014. The actor is slated to star in the follow-up film, but just who else (and what else) will also appear in the upcoming film is all up to the “Cameron Bible.”

Ecorazzi looks forward to passing along film details as we get them!
