Yvonne Strahovski, star of the hit series “Chuck”, has become the latest angel to appear in PETA’s ad campaign promoting the adoption of animals from shelters.
The 28-year-old, who poses with her rescue dogs Chazzle and Wilbur, says there’s no reason for people to overlook the wonderful pets begging for good homes.
“There are just so many dogs that are just as gorgeous—whether they’re mixed or purebred or whatever—they’re all gorgeous, and they all have personalities, and they all need a home,” says Strahovski. “I come home from a hard day at work, and I see these two happy faces when I walk in the door, and it’s unconditional love.”
