Where is the hottest place for an eco-celeb to be right before the Oscars? The Global Green pre-Oscar bash, a function dedicated to raising environmental awareness and, of course, looking fabulous before the big awards ceremony.

On February 23rd, a select 1,500 lucky guests will be treated to the latest and best eco-products as well as an organic bar for yummy green drinks. After the schmoozing and drinking, guests will be entertained by a musical performance. No word yet on who will be serenading the stars but past acts have included Maroon 5, Scott Weiland, Gavin Rosdale and Sheryl Crow.

At previous Global Green pre-Oscar parties, attendees have included Leonardo DiCaprio, Penelope Cruz, Salma Hayek, James Cameron, Jessica Alba, Kate Bosworth, Orlando Bloom, Adrian Grenier, Bill Maher as well as dozens of others.

Anyone else dying for a ticket to this “who’s who” in do gooder celebs?
