We told you about Groupon’s controversial Super Bowl ad that ruffled a lot of folks feathers, mainly because it was thought of as exploitative to Tibet.

And while the company intended for the ad to not only raise awareness for their company but raise funds for one of their partner organizations, the Tibet Fund, the ad generally did not go over well with viewers.

So, this week on Conan O’Brien‘s show, Conan, he injected some humor into the situation by unveiling two new controversial Groupon ads that have come to light (and by “new” I mean he threw them together with the help of some very funny comedians).

After an introduction by Conan in which he condemns the nerve of those Groupon people, he shows parody videos that are even more offensive than what was shown during the Super Bowl.

If you’re mourning Sudan the rhino, go vegan

Oppressive and harmful behaviour has no place in a movement rooted in anti-oppression.
