A few weeks ago, talk show host Piers Morgan bet Oprah £100 that he would score an interview with Michael Vick before she could. Oprah told him to double it.

As of today, Ms. Winfrey, the bazillionaire, is £200 richer. It was just announced that on Thursday, February 24th, Michael Vick will be a guest on Oprah to discuss his time in prison, his work with the Humane Society, and his football career. Sorry, Piers Morgan, cough it up and hand it over.

Vick has done a number of interviews about his downfall after being caught at the center of a dog fighting ring. However, many remain doubtful that such a man can change.

Oprah, a dog lover, has devoted entire episodes of her program to issues like puppy mills and animal cruelty… We wonder how tough she’ll be on Vick!
