The recently engaged Jessica Simpson has hired celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson to help her slim down and tone up for her upcoming wedding. Anderson has worked with stars like Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow and Nicole Richie.

Simpson’s weight has received a lot of attention these past few years. Especially when some unflattering photos surfaced of her looking a few pounds heavier.

Since she shacked up with vegan football player Eric Johnson, Simpson has started talking about some healthier lifestyle choices, including trying a vegan diet. She even hosted a vegan Thanksgiving last year!

Who would have thought that the ditsy girl from reality TV who wore tees that said, “Real girls eat meat” would end up with a vegan guy who went to Yale?

Anderson told Us Weekly about Simpson’s new fitness goals. “She wants to look healthy.”  She added that Jessica, “is in the mind-set that this is a big, forever lifestyle shift.”

A vegan diet combined with a powerful workout schedule? We’re betting that in a few months time Simpson will look better than she’s ever looked before.
