It’s that time of year again – and Michelle Obama has once more dedicated herself to leading the spring planting of the official White House garden.

Two area D.C. schools got in on the fun, sowing seeds of cabbage, collards, cauliflower, Swiss chard, beets and more. The First Lady also recently announced that she will be penning a book about the White House Garden – with all proceeds benefiting charity.
