Amanda Seyfried took a trip to FedEx the other day to mail a package, but that wasn’t the exciting part. What was great was the PETA shirt she sported – a handmade 100% cotton shirt that read, “Adopt Don’t Buy. Breeders Kill Shelter Dogs Chances.”

Millions of shelter dogs are euthanized each year, but adopting one can help reduce that number. Also, shelter dogs are less likely to suffer from hereditary disorders that lead to illness, disability, and premature death due to generations of inbreeding.

Maybe Mark Zuckerberg could learn a thing or two?

The shirt is available for sale on the PETA website.
