Kate Middleton‘s wedding dress is the best kept secret in the UK, but it looks like her sister’s bridesmaid gown may be out of the bag!

Pippa Middleton was spotted at designer Alice Temperley‘s West London showroom last week, where the head bridesmaid spent three hours. Apparently Pippa was carrying a bag with shoes, something that may hint at the fact that she wa in the midst of a gown fitting.

Kate has been a fan of Temperley’s designs, and wore a black and white dress from the designer to her first official engagement with Prince William in December.

“Kate loves Alice’s collections, especially the simplicity of the designs,” a source told the Mail Online.

It seems then that perhaps the 27-year-old sister may be sporting one of the designs for the Royal Wedding on April 29th.

Though Temperley is not an entirely green designer, she does have qualities that make her eco-worthy. She designed a line of fair trade organic clothing to benefit the Environmental Justice Foundation, and also created another line of beauty products to help raise money and awareness for the Mothers4Children charity. In addition, the designer donated images from her Fall 2010 collection (which included celebs like Annie Lennox) to a British charity auction where 100% of proceeds went to to Oxfam.
