On Friday, June 24th, The Gentle Barn held their second annual celebrity golf tournament at Robinson Ranch Golf Course in Santa Clarita, California. All of the proceeds went to benefit the non-profit organization and their work for animals and children.

The Gentle Barn rescues and rehabilitates abused and neglected animals, while also working with at-risk children, those with special needs, and victims of physical or emotional traumas. The purpose is to provide healing for both the animals and the humans! What an amazing cause!

Among the stars who showed their support (and golf skills) were  Bailey Chase, Danny Masterson, Kevin Farley, Aimee Garcia. The day also included a dinner, awards ceremony, and a raffle prize drawing in which one guest won a new car!

The event, sponsored in part by The Ellen DeGeneres Show among others, raised over $34,000! Ellen and Portia DeGeneres have shown their support for The Gentle Barn before, even adopting two of the residents cows, Holy and Madonna!
