Jay-Z continues to expand his empire as he is now opening a charitable restaurant in London to benefit unemployed youngsters.

He is joining forces with England soccer star, Ashley Cole, in expanding his 40/40 restaurant and bar franchise sometime next year.

“I’m excited about working with Ashley and NVA Entertainment Group on a range of new projects and The 40/40 London is going to be the hottest place in town,” Jay-Z told Reuters.

The 40/40 will not only have modern-American cuisine with A-list artists, but it will also offer first dibs on jobs to unemployed young people. In addition, a portion of the profits will be donated to local youth charities for music and sports.

No set location has been chosen, but plans are in motion.
