Here’s something you may not have seen before, unless you happen to be a storm-chaser! A time-lapse video of the huge dust storm that hit Arizona this week is going viral!

The storm descended on Phoenix on Tuesday, delaying flights and leaving thousands of homes without electricity. According to the Huffington Post, data shows that the cloud of dust may have reached heights of 8,000-10,000 feet over the city! Reportedly, storms like this are not uncommon during the monsoon season.

The images were captured by two photographers: Mike Olbinski and Blaine Coury. Check out the video below of the storm rolling over Phoenix and almost completely erasing it from view!
