We’re kicking off 5 days of giveaways in celebration of our fifth anniversary. Let’s get straight to it. The sweepstakes for August 8, 2011:

BeadforLife, Set of 5 Bangle Bracelets ($25 value)

About BeadforLife Jewelry: The hand-rolled beads are crafted from bright, colorful recycled paper. The paper is locally sourced at markets from calendars, cereal boxes, magazines and posters. BeadforLife creates sustainable opportunities for impoverished women to lift themselves out of poverty by creating a circle of connection between women in Uganda and women around the world. Women in Uganda work hard to roll beautiful bead jewelry out of recycled paper and harvest shea nuts to make shea butter. Women worldwide sell these items and educate themselves and others about extreme poverty. The profits return to Uganda and fund health care, housing and business training initiatives.

A total of five winners will be chosen: one from entry on this post, one from Facebook, one from Twitter, one from our newsletter, and one from YouTube.

I love it when the articles giving away free stuff gets the most comments.

Yeah, just last week barely 5 people gave a congrats to the Razzi when they turned 5. Toss in a few free cheap beads and suddenly the eco cheapos tumble over eachother to “congrats” the Razzi hoping to get some free beads.
