Perez Hilton has been inducted into ShoeDazzle’s “Celebrity Shoe Design Program for Charity.” The popular media mogul and celebrity gossip blogger has chosen to display his talent in design by sparkling not only one pair of shoes but two. Hilton has chosen GLSEN: Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network as his charity of choice. 100% of the proceeds from the shoes will be donated to GLSEN to help the national education organization address LGBT issues in K-12 schools.

Hilton has named his first shoe for ShoeDazzle “Sparkle” and sparkle it does. The first design is a black faux suede pump with a stiletto heel and a dual ankle strap. It sparkles with silver stud detailing on the ankle straps and on the platform base. Perez’s first design is very glamorous and could easily been seen on the red carpet.

Hilton’s second design is a casual unisex sneaker he calls “Shine.” The “Shine” design is a silver metallic color with stud embellishments covering the high top area and zipper detailing. Although, the “Shine” design might not be seen on the red carpet, it is quite possible that the bold, futuristic design will be seen on the catwalk at fashion shoes.

The celebrity gossip blogger said of his designs, “This holiday season will be extra merry because I have partnered with ShoeDazzle to release two fabulous shoes for my female fans AND their boyfriends too! I designed one amazing shoe that Carrie Bradshaw would drool over. But I also wanted to make a unisex and sophisticated sneaker that I could wear too! We did just that, and I’m especially thrilled that we are going to be able to raise money for my charity of choice this year, GLSEN – the Gay Lesbian & Straight Education Network. Their vital work is helping youth all over America! Buying some fierce shoes can do a lot of good too, and that’s gonna make this holiday season truly faboosh!”

Perez fans should be excited to learn that the shoes will be available on ShoeDazzle on November 11
with 100% of the profits going to GLSEN. Also fans who use the code PEREZ at checkout between Oct. 24 and Nov. 15 on their first purchase will have $5 donated to GLSEN.
