On November 24th at the Natural History Museum in London, the International Green Awards will celebrate the incredible contributions being made by the world’s eco community. By honoring celebrities, businesses, governments and entrepreneurs, the awards ceremony will highlight the best and brightest who are working hard to create a sustainable future. Want to party with the people who are saving the planet? Tickets are still available for this eco bash.

It’s not often the international community gets together to discuss the global successes of a cause. Since the health of the earth is the issue at hand, it seems quite fitting that everyone should be included. While the event is designed to honor those who have made extraordinary contributions, the evening also highlights an important topic. This year, inspired by the UN’s declaration that this is the International Year of Forests, forests will get their moment in the sun.

If you’re in London, grab your ticket. If you’re not, tune in to the website to find out who will win the best green celeb award, best green government award, best green not for profit organization and many others.

Ecorazzi is a media partner for the International Green Awards for Creativity in Sustainability to take place at the Natural History Museum in London on November 24, 2011.
