‘Daily Show’ correspondent Olivia Munn is calling on the USDA to seize and retire Sarah the elephant from Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. This won’t be the first time the USDA has heard the request. PETA previously asked them to step in on the elephants behalf.

Munn says in her video plea about Sarah, “She is arthritic and in pain. She is being forced to keep up with everyone and she’s just dragging behind…I just want you guys to know that she needs help and you’re the ones who can help her.”

Hopefully the USDA will hear Munn’s heartfelt request. According to PETA, Sarah collapsed during the summer in California while being loaded onto a train. Instead of letting her rest after the incident, Ringling had her performing in the next show.

Watch the video below, and click here to learn from PETA how to get in touch with the USDA to make your own personal appeal on Sarah’s behalf.
