Nothing says Happy Holidays like giving back to those in need and that’s just what Coldplay, Lea Michele and Katie Couric are doing this season.

Even though they aren’t known as artists, these celebs put their doodling skills to the test for Pencils of Promise, an organization dedicated to helping building schools in developing countries.

Coldplay created a unique “Self Portrait,” while “Glee” starlet Michele wrote a poem called “Be.” Their artwork will be auctioned off, with all proceeds benefitting Pencils of Promise and the education of children. Forty schools have already been completed, with 19 being built now and three more upcoming.

If you want to help this great cause and own a piece of your favorite celebs original artwork, visit the Made with Pencils site.

Mariah Carey, Russell Simmons, Olivia Wilde and Hugh Jackman have also joined the cause.
