No surprise here. For the second year in a row hunky Robert Pattinson has been named E! Celeb of the Year. Besides being awarded as the top celeb, the “Breaking Dawn: Part 1” star beat out 64 celebs to claim the top prize of $25,000.

Pattinson doesn’t get to keep the money, but gets to donate it to the charity of his choice. No better prize than that!

Kate Middleton, Justin Bieber, Britney Spears and R. Pattz’s girlfriend, “Twilight” star Kristen Stewart, could not top the world-renowned heartthrob. E! announced the contenders about a month ago, having fans vote on their favorite stars of 2011 and it looks like Pattinson just can’t be resisted. Screaming girls all across the country were probably voting to make him that much more popular.

The actor is known for his big heart and charitable contributions, as this past year he raised awareness for blood cancer and rescued his dog from a kill shelter.

We can’t wait to see where the actor donates his “prize” money! Where do you think Pattinson will make a donation?
