Miley Cyrus is letting her puppy love for boyfriend Liam Hemsworth shine brightly, as the singer/actress rescued an adorable pup for his 22nd birthday.

Cyrus announced via Twitter about her thoughtful gift by tweeting, “Got Liam THE best bday pressie ever! Thank you for putting the cherry on top and making Liam’s bday a TT!”

As you can see from below, who could say no to that face, whose name is Ziggy?!

What’s even better is she’s a rescue dog. Cyrus loves dogs, especially rescuing them, “If you live in LA & looking to rescue an adorable pup like Ziggy let me know! I have an amazing rescue! So many pups in need of a mommy!”

The “Hannah Montana” star also revealed that Ziggy loves her other dogs, Lila and Floyd, “Shes an angel! she loves her bro & sis too!”

Cyrus and Hemsworth met on the set of their film “The Last Song,” adapted from the Nicholas Sparks book and have been dating for two years.
