We’re not sure how WWE star John Cena finds the time for his wrestling career. The tough guy with a soft spot for kids has granted 250 wishes setting a record for the most wishes ever fulfilled by one person with the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

Think of it this way: If Cena were to meet with one kid a day starting on January 1st, he wouldn’t be done until early September. That’s what we call taking time out of your day to bring a smile to a sick child.

The Huffington Post is reporting that to thank Cena, Make-a-Wish is dedicating a conference room to the WWE at their headquarters.

The wrestling star said about his experience with the organization, “There’s nothing greater than seeing a Make-A-Wish child and the Make-A-Wish family get so excited, get so happy and pretty much be welcomed into the escape that is the WWE. That’s pretty much what it’s all about for me.”

We doubt Cena will stop at 250 kids. It sounds like many more children with life threatening illnesses will have their wish come true with a personal visit from their favorite wrestling star.
