The Golden Globes generously catered to the vegetable-loving stars in attendance and now we’re happy to see that the 2012 Screen Actors Guild followed suit. And I have to say, this one sounds even better!

According to People, the vegetarian dish included spicy carrot salad with yellow beets, cucumber, and black mustard seeds; roasted root vegetables with quinoa and persimmon salsa; and black-rice salad with English peas, pea shoots and tangerine vinaigrette.
