Kudos to Bud Light for taking another cute “dog-trained-to-get-beer Super Bowl ad” and raising awareness for rescue dogs!

Not only did the dog owner in the commercial mention that his new pal was a rescue, but Budweiser also plugged help for the pups via a prominent link on a cooler at the end.

Hit that link and you’ll find out that the star of the commercial is a real rescue dog.

“Weego’s shelter and owner played a critical role in his story,” Bud’s Facebook page reads. “In celebration of his humble beginnings, Bud Light is joining forces with Weego to make a donation to help these animals in need and those that make animal rescue possible.”

For every ‘like’ Weego receives, Bud Light will donate $1 (up to $250,000) to Tony La Russa’s Animal Rescue Foundation, ARF. How great is that?

Well done Budwesier – not only did you entertain millions, but we’re hoping your generosity and campaign will help save a similar amount of lives. Check out the ad below.

If you only want a less-cruel turkey industry, you don’t give a shit about turkeys

There’s more than enough out their promoting the use of animals already- can’t animal rights activists agree to be the ones who say stop it and mean it?

Vandalism and aggression won’t help veganism

These acts of intimidation and aggression don’t change public perspective on veganism for the better, and that’s the only thing that will help animals.
