Doron Petersan of Sticky Fingers Bakery in Washington D.C. has proven that she has vegan baking superpowers. She was won Cupcake Wars, and then won again against previous winners in an All-Stars showdown.

Now, Petersan appeared on the Today Show and showed Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb how to make some delicious vegan treats that are perfect for Valentine’s Day. The three prepared red velvet cupcakes which looked amazing, although Kotb didn’t look too convinced and said they had an “interesting texture.”

Petersan shared the red velvet recipe on the Today Show site along with some others that sound pretty yummy including brownie s’mores and champagne cupcakes.

Looking at the Sticky Fingers menu, this vegan is seriously regretting the fact that she hasn’t been there yet.
