Olivia Wilde Stays Fit with Vegetarian Diet
Olivia Wilde is sharing some of her best tips for looking great and staying fit. Not surprisingly, a vegetarian diet and yoga keep the actress looking fantastic.
The Belfast Telegraph reports Wilde said, “Not eating meat [really keeps me trim]. It’s a lifestyle choice, but meat, and what’s usually served with it, is a big calorie packer.”
As for getting a good work out, she said, “Do some yoga. I never feel more beautiful than after I’ve really spent some time breathing.”
Wilde isn’t the only actress to keep her body healthy and happy on an animal-free diet. Other vegetarians and vegans include Emily Deschanel, Natalie Portman, Alicia Silverstone, Kristen Bell, and Anne Hathaway.
