Greenpeace always works hard to bring attention to environmental issues, but the organization’s latest campaign brings a whole new meaning to the idea of tackling the planet’s giant problems.
In a new series of posters created by artist Anatolij Pickmann, Greenpeace asks us all to “Become David and fight against Goliath.” In this case, Goliath is represented by a number of ecological problems, including pollution, deforestation and whaling. Each environmental issue is depicted in the form of a grim, black and white mechanized robot.
According to designboom, the images were printed initially in a Greenpeace newspaper called “Daily David.”
