Recycling at Portlandia

The green gags from one of my favorite new comedy sketch programs keep coming; with recycling bins the latest to get spoofed.

While some communities in the U.S. have colored bins for trash, plastic, aluminum and paper, and organic waste – “Portlandia” (an amusing take on the Portland, OR scene) has them for everything from coffee lids with lipstick to fingernails. The end result is “fresh air, clean water, and good vibes” with the exception being, well, I’ll let you enjoy the ending to find out.
