Michelle Williams made every best dressed list around for her first appearance at the Oscars in a canary yellow gown. More recently, she had been sticking to safer fashion choices, choosing neutrals over blasts of color.

Happily the “My Week with Marilyn” star brought back her daring style with a beautiful red layered Louis Vuitton gown. With simple make-up, her trademark pixie cut, and understated necklace, Williams lets the dress do all the talking.

At the BAFTA awards, Williams actually wore an eco-friendly gown from H&M’s Conscious collection.

See below for the Oscars dress and the BAFTA green choice!
