It seems Jennifer Lopez doesn’t know Ellen DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi too well. According to the National Enquirer, the “American Idol” judge gave the couple a gift certificate for a year-supply of Omaha steaks.

Steaks, DeGeneres and de Rossi don’t quite go hand-in-hand, since the two are avid vegans. The couple maintains their health and passion for animals by saying no to all animal-products when it comes to their eating habits.

The 54-year-old talk show host and actress wife are even set to open a vegan restaurant in Los Angeles very soon. DeGeneres also has her own vegan website, where she educates about veganism and provides recipes, tips and other resources about the vegan lifestyle.

A source told the Inquirer that DeGeneres gave the certificate to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. If this is true, it seems like the family of eight won’t go hungry for the next year.

Maybe J. Lo just made an honest mistake by surprising the two with this meaty gift? Either way, glad to see the happy couple said no thank you.

I`m sure she knew. Her love of fur would inspire her to do this against these two lovely ladies.

JLO wouldn’t know the damn difference! This bitch believes it’s ok to kill millions of animals so she can wear them, all for her vanity! #BoycottJLo #Furhag #GoVegan #LiveCompassion
