Want to take a free yoga class with Victoria’s Secret model and eco-warrior Miranda Kerr? You’re going to have to work for it. (But not too hard.)

Kerr is asking the public to upload youtube videos stating how they can each individually help the environment. If 500 people do it, she’ll teach that yoga class.

The model is an ambassador for Earth Hour 2012, an annual event that encourages the public to turn off their lights for one hour. This year, it will be on March 31st.

Kerr said about her youtube challenge, “I hope my first challenge inspires my friends, family and fans to make their own promise for the environment.”

As for the model’s personal pledge?  She said, “This year I’ve made the commitment to reduce my footprint by offsetting all of my travel. If we all adopt simple practices like recycling, switching to energy efficient lighting or paperless banking then we can make a difference together.”

Will you upload a video? If so, leave the link in the comments!

I really love this. Miranda Kerr is a girl who isn’t afraid to put herself out there and use her popularity to create really fun environmental projects. I hope this gets picked up by TMZ. They worship her over there…
